Try our innovative concept pairing language and cooking. It’s not only about learning new grammar, but using a language from the very first moment in classes led by a chef who knows all the secrets of traditional cooking as well as modern techniques. Working in a team enables you to communicate better and more quickly to improve your level and put your newly acquired language skills into practice. You will be amazed how quickly you can express yourself with confidence and ease. A different way of learning by using everyday vocabulary, in a new world of words and expressions that are a central part of our lives: cooking!

The Course

We offer two programs on two language levels. Each course is intense taking place each day from Monday to Friday, with a total of 20 hours a week. There is a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 students. Each course includes:

• Classes on grammar with lots of speaking practice in Spanish.
• Class materials (photocopies and texts).
• Cooking classes given by a chef.
• Shopping of foodstuffs for the cooking class.
• Tasting session for tapas prepared in the kitchen.
• Trip by catamaran from Rota to Cadiz and back.
• Regional wine tasting in the cellar.
